Deathstroke $700 Scam

Additional Information: He kicked me out of his VIP group after a guy hit me up asking for a bypass, the guy procceeded to then ask me questions about refunding etc etc, then asked me if I refunded and that his friend was in need of a refund. Gave me his homies TG and I hit him up, anyways long story short he scammed me out of 3% on the order $75, VIP group fee, and he got me rebilled due to his lack of opsec, he used the same IP address on numerous refunds. 
Refund: 18% of $2500, $150 VIP fee, $75 scammed charged me 18% instead of 15% like he said, previous to me buying the VIP. I want a refund for the payment I gave for the refund, and payment i gave for the VIP cause he scammed me he told me the wayfair price was 15% in VIP but it was 18% and he blamed it on him being "high"

I was only able to take those screenshots before he deleted everything, I had paid him for more services which i'm sure my customer will get rebilled for. 

This guy sells "VIP" just cause hes so slow and he knows if he can atleast score that 150/300, hes good. Promises 15% or 12% refunds for life, but charges 30% for apple refunds, when its stated in his posts that he charges 12%. 

Called his wayfair guy an "insider" calls his apple guy an "insider" when hes doing it all himself and upcharging his VIP members that pay to get a discount.

Keep in mind he changed his username, trying to scum me out. Didn't realise his messages are still in my private group which I will show ongoing on this post. When he was my customer (literally 3-4 hours ago LOL), he was going by "Drake" and had a different @. 

Firstly, he joined my vip group and I did more then just the wayfair in refunds for him probably, HE JOINED my vip group where I do people refunds at a lower rate. We have always had a no-refund policy on this group and I never FORCE anyone to join. 

He hits me up months after his refund is done and paid for and says he got "charged back". He types in my private chat saying he got rebilled and even my other private group customer agreed that rebills are not refunders fault.

He changed his name to this, from "Drake" when he was dealing with me, the picture above proves it was him I was speaking with and my customer.

Turns out this dude already knows many methods, this is not even his order, he said its his other customer and he just had me to do the refund. I told him i'll do a refund for free for him due to this and he agreed (This was a couple days ago) 

He then hits up my customer asking to do the refund for a lower price for him and to tell me that he just returned it.

Due to my customer letting me know, I blessed him his refund for lower. 

My customer told me and I instantly banned him in my groups, told him to fuck off and stop trying to steal my customers. Proceeded to block him and so the conversation was deleted. 

He said in his thread "the guy procceeded to then ask me questions about refunding etc etc, then asked me if I refunded and that his friend was in need of a refund.", I NEVER EVER told him this and I promise he can never prove this. The friend he is referring to is the customer he hit up to do the refund and take it away from me, now tell me why I would tell a customer to hit up THIS GUY WHO IS IN MY OWN PRIVATE GROUP and is a CUSTOMER. And then, my own customer told me this, AFTER the fact that he offered to do his refund for cheaper and was willing to pay me my regular price. LOL. 

I will be not be paying this guy any of the money back. You can see above CLEARLY why I shouldn't have to. 

Ban this scum off the forum for doing this typa weird shit. 

Wasting my fkn time writing all this and wasting everyone elses time as well.

You have not answered to any of the scam accusation questions you've only just dodged them by trying to justify your actions which makes no sense.

1. Why did you lie to me previous to buying into your "VIP" group saying that wayfair was 15%, after me purchasing your VIP and sending you my refund, after you complete you tell me I have to pay 18% when clearly it shows in the screenshots you said 15% and you make me pay 18% saying that "sorry i was probably high"

2. Why did you remove me from your groupchat, I am not stealing your clients, I was messaged by a person to message that guy, theres no justification to this, your client literally played some type of game on me to get a lower % on his refund.

3. Why were your refunds done in such a matter for my customer to get rebiilled because he used a "REFUNDING SERVICE" stated by wayfair, that clearly means you were sloppy in your job, and you had many red flags for them to be INDEFINITLEY sure that it was fraudulent. This isn't a case of a rare rebill, this is the case of you being sloppy in your work, which many people know, you take days to respond, days to complete your job, and you provide very very poor customer service.

4. Cross-Referencing to question #1, why do you state in your post that members get LIFETIME 15% or 12% refunds, when you scam your own VIP members into thinking you have to "pay" some "insider" to do the job. Don't you think thats really deceptive? Clearly seems like a scam, to make your "VIP" clients pay 18% on top of their 12% they were promised.

Forgot to add this I believe, this was him right after deleting the chat between us. Very shady for someone who thinks they're not wrong.
