Additional Information: Purchased a EFT account on the 21st of DEC. It took till the 23rd/24th to get a replacement. Due to lack of communication and his staff being pointless. I finally got the account, 1 day before i went on holiday, he knew this. As i was away i got a email of someone trying to access the account on the 28th, unsure how. (probz a cracked account) i tried reaching out to domo on telegram where we have communicated before, with no response i had to leave it until i got home (the 3rd). went to get screenshots from the telegram chat and they are no longer there and chats are cleared. Usual lol

I don't get why these accounts are advertised as FRESH ACCOUNTS when he is selling cracked accounts for top prices. you can see its quite a common theme with people in his discord constantly complaining. also had my roles stripped since saying i was going to open a thread? kind of weird. also took like a day to even get a response when i was home. account details can be given to whoever to test, emails can be shown of the unauthed access etc etc. just want something doing about this, the support from him is appalling and selling cracked accounts when not advertised as that just doesn't seem right,

You made only one ticket 21st, the account was replaced 23rd. Since then you made a ticket on 3rd of January which is 16 days after the purchase and way past the warranty period.

clearly states 'NO BANS FRESH ACCOUNT'.

a fresh account isn't one that's been stolen of someone and can be taken back any minute. That's called a cracked account.

No wonder that word is banned from your discord. 

Also as mentioned, the account was taken on the 28th as can be seen via emails. I was on holiday and had no access to discord so i messaged you on telegram where we have previously spoke, unfortunately you have deleted those messages as you want to try and get out of this situation.

Soon as i got back and had access to the discord I then made a ticket and explained all of this which you already know.

No it defiantly is the same thing. 

Why do you keep skipping certain things im saying Domo? 

Even if that is right, the account wasn't level 0 and had a lot of loot haha. so your still in the wrong.

They are not the same thing. You are selling cracked accounts as fresh. Refund him within 24 hours and fix your thread to say they are cracked accounts but they are reset. DO so within 24 hours.
