Revolut or Wise is honestly your best option.
Personally, have heard more and better things from Revolut. Believe Wise can be slightly cheaper, just harder to find sellers for. I would advise you to use a VCC over Paypal. Paypal likes to fuck over random people, no matter if you are a refunder, a legitimate seller, or just use Paypal for whatever reason. They will ask for a ton of documents not even regular people can obtain, or even if obtained and sent in they will give another bs reason as to why they still won't fuck you over. Revolut is not able to fuck you over in the same way and overall is way safer. Paypal likes to fuck people over randomly, that is how they work. Revolut isn't like that. You likely don't need a VCC, but I would use it over Paypal.
