Additional Information: I bought a PayPal account from this seller. I followed the seller's rule and used a proxy to login the PayPal. However, the PayPal account still got restricted before January 3. Until today, January 9, the seller still keeps me waiting and does not upload the documents for the PayPal account. Until now, I never use that account to transfer and receive any single dollar!
