Additional Information: It's been 3 weeks since I sent the money, but it passed me by and I don't have a working API bot in my hand, the things it sends are always useless drafts that don't work, I don't have anything working and the API bot will never be what I want, I want a refund but it doesn't 
And he thinks he's cheating on me he won't refund my money I got nothing, he thinks he's deceiving me

Like I said, I made a non API bot to see if it flags. If it flagged I'd have to add stuff to prevent that. 

After this I proceeded to make you an API bot. And it was dumb for me to say that I'll fix it even though we didn't agree on that.

If I get told to fix, I will. If I get told to refund, I will.
