Improving the forum and getting rid of the leechers

What do you think, I have an idea how to get rid of leechers, what do you think about such an idea that it would be possible for new members to post in the sections where there are leaks and cracked only when they reach 50-100 posts in simple forums columns or after receiving paid membership.

I think it will improve the forum and reduce spam

Well, I think it's more efficient than it is at the moment
and would be more real members of the forum
it would be more useful both for the forum and for everyone
it would be easier for the moderators to deal with everyone

craxpro has so u need like 10 threads or something, the problem i have seen there is just leechers copying actual posts and just reposting them to earn enough threads. Which also would lead to low quality
