Too much slow server, Unable to work spontaneously with loads.
"300 characters per batch; there is no limit on mails on the panel. This is to ensure your emails actually go through. If you attempt to just mass mail as fast as possible, you're going to kill the SMTP and flag it instantly" 300 characters per batch Is too small quantity email list.
