You can do this whenever you have time. You don't have to dedicate much time. Just keep your notifications on, keep fiver open for your visibility and answer a couple of questions if customers have any and you can deliver in your own timeframe. 

I have done this myself. Its not very often that i have got these orders but i do get them once every few days. Whatever it is it adds up, doesnt it ?
