The reason more and more people get depressed these days is because the world is fucked.
Jobs and other IRL stuff ask too much from us...

But yeah, like others have said.
Talk to loved ones/friends and explain what is going on.
Think of getting actual treatment in the form of talking to a Psychologist and/or medication.

Just to make it clear as well everyone has bad days or times where they’re depressed because they don’t know what life’s purpose is.

You need to find your purpose, for me it’s helping others and helping myself heal to help others and you can do that in tons of ways. Such as donating to good causes, helping people when they’re very down and also keeping the community safe online and in your city.
