There are already many blacklisted, there are too many cash links and some people use it on pastr as well, reporting is only option since reports are done daily and will solve this.

Do cash links actually pay out? i've never tried one myself, i use adblock and cash bypasser
it works on most sites

maybe you could do something that blocks cash links so these idiots can't repost and make money.
