As someone already mentioned, having a routine is the best way to get started. A routine forces you to be more productive.
I started by making my bed in the morning. EVERY SINGLE MORNING. No matter if it was on a weekday or on a weekend.

Start a sleeping schedule. A good one. That actually helps you sleet at least 7 hours. You should always fall asleep before 12.00 am. Researchers say that the highest quality sleep if before 12.00 am and during deep sleep which occurs after 3 or 4 hours. (REM)
Start having a healthier eating routine that consists of at least 2 meals a day. Be sure to eat something sweet too.

Now having done the hard part. You need to start focusing on what you like to do/learn.
I liked doing lists. Helped me a lot with anxiety. I was more anxious about not knowing what i had to do than actually doing it.

Having total control on what you want to do and when you need to do it helps you a lot more than you think it would.
The rest if your choice. What you want do be done, when, and so on.

This is what personally helped me be more productive. If it doesnt necessarily applies to your lifestyle but you can chose what you can implement and customize it to your needs.

Having good routines is the most important thing in my opinion, getting one down is hard but its worth it, make sure you have set breaks so you dont tire yourself out. :)

i like your answer because i have a routine but i get bored , so i will try to make it a good routine fireworks
thank u , if u get bored with certain activites change it out but jus try not changing the time and try sticking to the timings !!
