So what about the people that buy from you website they do expect support from there. Why offer ticket system if you dont respond to it?

You just can let people know what going on why late reply.

But nothing just simple repply on telegram then when ask about order its blank.


You could be bussy I understand but letting people wait like this after the order is really not how to deal I know not every customer is easy to handle.

But small response saying it can taker longer than normaal would be enought.

Problem solved. Got the logs and he was waiting for me to send the link. I needed some time he waited.
