Hello. When delivery is refused which happens often for DE. We redrop the package until it's delivered and that's exactly what I'm doing with this one. I will redrop 5 times. If it doesn't work get delivered after the 5th attempt I agree to refund. Of course under the reserve that our friend OP accept it.

Let me know what are you thoughts @Liars and OP.
