How effective do you think reverse Kegels are compared to traditional Kegels for improving pelvic floor health? When might reverse Kegels be preferable, and is there any scientific research to support their effectiveness? Also, are there any contraindications to these exercises and how to perform them correctly to achieve maximum results?

Reverse Kegels are exercises aimed at relaxing the pelvic floor muscles, unlike regular Kegels, which strengthen these muscles https://femia.health/health-library/your...se-kegels/. Performing Reverse Kegels helps improve blood circulation, relieve tension and increase the flexibility of the pelvic floor muscles. These exercises can be useful for both men and women, especially in the treatment of diseases associated with excessive tension of these muscles. For a detailed introduction to the technique and benefits of reverse Kegels, I recommend reading the article on the Femia Health website.
