Your store also doesn't specify that it doesn't include EA Play. A Game Pass ultimate subscription includes EA Play, but with the method provided by you, I don't get the benefits.

@khnx Either fix the issues OP is having or refund him within 24hrs. Xbox ultimate subscription includes EA play as well as Riot games perks, as per Xbox Offical Page. Since you are advertising the product as the ultimate version, it has to include these perks within the upgrade.
