Not really random if it periodically and 100% always gets downgraded after couple of days. And I am not the only one reporting on this issue. If you cant provide a working product do not sell that product

in this month a lot of people tried to buy it and asked for it i told them Netflix upgrade is unstable, if they are not asked before buy it, it's not my problem, or not reading TOS.

You haven't told me that the Upgrade is unstable prior to me purchasing . Did you? Nor does your TOS doesn't say, "Ask me before buying."
