To be fair, some people have higher quality posts than others, but the good content gets raped by bots and leechers within minutes. After something you posted gets pillaged and users start reporting things aren't working, you feel almost obligated to post something again that works for other people.

Punishing people for posting more accounts / proxies who are just trying to replace the dead ones seems counterintuitive.

I'd rather see combos / accounts / proxies have a 24-48 hour hold, where whatever is posted is only available to ranking members in that timeframe. Only after X hours can non-ranking members reply to see the contents. Reward people who have paid and / or earned their place here, and give the bots and leechers the leftovers.

Tbh for Proxies, on top of having a hold for registered users, hierarchy based, I think we can implement a overhaul, where you submit proxies and combos instead of a post with them. Instead of a posting system, it would be more like a table system, so you can input a list of proxies separated by a comma, then the system would accept them, and test each and every proxy with the given IPS and credentials, and the working ones are consolidated onto a table here. Supreme would see it first, after 1 hour Infinity would see it, then 24 hours later, Premium would be able to see it. 
72 hours later, Registered users can see it. After 1 hour, 24 hours, and 72 hours, the system would test the proxy again, and remove it if the proxy is dead. The proxy would be tested again by the system every 12 hours to ensure automated removal once it's dead.

That way, you don't have to replace the dead ones or old ones (because the system does that), and new ones get checked instantly and released to the upgraded members, based on hierarchy.
