Reread the argument, I never claimed the issue was you reselling something in general,
reselling in fact is not the issue, the issue is you selling a 1 month trial account as a 12 months account.

Furthermore the argument is about you deliberately changing the TOS of your discord server in order to salvage whatever credibility you have left in this argument.

As it turns out the reseller he claims to have bought off of has been banned according to one of the owners possibly even on the same day he bought the accounts off of him. (

The reason for the ban is unclear, however it is still One-Day's responsibility to validate whether the accounts he is selling are the ones he claims them to be.

However what you disregard completely is Marketplace Rule #12
"TOS are to be ignored in case of scam-reports if the administrator decides to."
As well as General Rule #8
"Engaging in threatening/insulting behaviour towards other members is prohibited, doing so will lead to a 7 day suspension."
