I can recommend a few:

Bokurano is a really good psychological/drama anime that is very underrated. A lot of characters die in that anime, but they're all meaningful.

Saiki kun no psi-nan is a nice comedy anime which not a lot of people talk about. It's quite similar to one punch man, but with more comedy.

Fate/Zero for some amazing animation and it's a solid action show.

I can think of a lot more but can you give me an idea of what you like first?

My sister told me that there is a series on Hulu called The Promised Neverland that is supposed to be really good. You can watch Attack on Titan on there as well. It starts out great, then dips some in energy but ramps up again towards the end of the third season (second season in two parts? I forget.)

I would definitely recommend Vinland Saga. It definitely is one of my favorites
