You can start working out, it's much better than meds not only for depression but also for ADHD. I have ADHD and I notice a big difference when working out.
Working out also makes you fall alseep easier, which takes me to my next point:
Don't stay awake too late. Get good sleep and when you wake up don't doomscroll on your phone, instead get up and get going right away.
Clean your room, I know my house used to look like shite and that didn't help my mental health one bit. Having a clean home is always +++ on your mental health.
