When you buy at Virality Store you pay for funds. After the funds are paid, they will be deposited into your account balance. You must use the funds bought at Virality Store. A Refund is only possible if you never used anything of the funds bought. You will lose any refund guarantee if you placed an order or orders with the funds bought. You will lose any refund guarantee if you spend any amount of the funds paid. At the moment you use something of the funds bought you lose all the guarantees to get a refund. In that case you must use the funds bought at Virality Store.
- You already used your funds you purchased and the orders completed, so a refund cannot be done, you cannot go to a fruit store, take an apple, bite 3 times and then claim them to refund you the apple.

This is a detailed explanation to the customer and to the admin, but due the bad intentions found in this user claiming this, and also based on previous vouches and reviews that this cracked.io user had which are negative, we can see there are no good intentions from the user side, for this and mainly also because in our side was all delivered. So we are only going to answer to the administrator of cracked.io to not convert this into a discussion, we already proved everything so we are waiting for Admin answer for a proper and correct communication.

If customer wanted to get refunded and didn't wanted the service why to keep placing orders and keep spending the money that he was suposed to be claiming the refund for, there's no sense on this, the user only wants the refund plus the services delivered, as this reflects also in the all links of the pictures that all the views are fully delivered.
You right now have less than a dollar, about 0.90 Cents (because you are still spending the funds in the last 2 hours from now) which doesn't even cover the refund fees.
So absolutely is not possible to get a refund, because you paid for funds, and all the funds are already fully spent in orders that are fully delivered.
Looking at your claims when we delivered all, without single failiure, looking at your negative reviews from your profile, and looking that you are still placing orders and spending the funds you are suposed to be trying to claim, we are definetly copying and pasting this message as we don't want to convert this into a discussion anymore, we will just copy paste this till an admin review this case.

- Customer has in the video where he purchased the views more than 13000 views actually, and this means we delivered the 10000 and even some more hundreds as overdelivery to make the customer happy, this is also reflecting in the link itself.

The title was changed. The overdelivery still doesn’t even cover the watch hours and algorithm boost I was looking for. I don’t know how many times I have to say this. The advertised service in the title wasn’t delivered. A lot of services on your website don’t even have descriptions, so I just have to go off of the title. This situation is simple. You’re trying to add random things to this argument when it’s obvious that you’re at fault. I’ve ran a service myself, and when I’m in the wrong I’ve refunded my customers. It’s simple.
@BestOfDeals @nexolofty Can any of you provide proof where it was mentioned on the certain amount of retention. If you got edit logs show those. Do so within 24 hours.

That just doesn’t make sense.
It totally makes sense, as all the proofs are there and we are just waiting for @Liars answer, because we don’t want to convert this into a discussion so that’s why we asked him. We delivered the service, all the proofs are shown, and we don’t want to discuss as we just saw that you are trying to trick this keeping the order already delivered plus asking to claim a refund, and that’s what it really doesn’t make sense.
I hope you understand but we don’t provide a free service and we also spend money to deliver all the views that you already received as per described in the service description and proved with links and pictures.
