I've taken the time to re-check for Anti-publicity, Pornhub Premium and Spotify with all working configs and tools.
Here are the results.
NOTE: The few hits in the 'Custom' are accounts marked as FREE, so they're not hits.
I got 2/100.000 hits when checking for Spotify Premium.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: As you can see from the pictures below - I did not check the whole combo for anti publicity, tho, this is not needed, since he guaranteed 95-99% private combos, and even if the rest of the unchecked combo was private, it would only reach near 66%. I have checked the last 66% of the combo, but I didn't actually screenshot it at the time, but they were not private either. Point is: The combo is only about 0.021% private, which is insane.
