You could buy hosting with domain from hostinger, pay with crypto and when they ask for your name/address/phone number: just write false information so that if you were to get caught they can't find you. Or you could host a .onion website, which most likely doesn't have any rules on what you can put on your website.

Google is a search engine. *Not everyone uses their hosting services.
Some offshore hosts don't follow the rules and don't comply with the law. Google may choose not to list their content but the sites still remain up.
