Thing is you've said that before in the server, that it was being put in priority.
and yet here I am waiting another month for the products I ordered 2 1/2 months ago
at this point, I have no faith in you actually finishing or delivering the products
not trying to be unreasonable but I clearly lost my patience, and if my tickets haven't been started by now

since I was told by you  before it was being put in priority if I let you go ahead and do it and remove Paypal Dispute which I did
and still, either they are not started, or you refusing to do the job and provide 0 updates
