If you say "Sumatera coffee" that is actually quite general, Sumatera has many single origin coffee bean.
My favs: Aceh Gayo, Mandhailing, Toraja. Balanced roasting (not light roasting!!), and for manual brew V60 is good.

I like pour over coffee. I am still looking for the perfect bean but I like to grind my own with a pinch of salt. Gotta use the unbleached paper filter and let the water almost boil. A nice long slow pour over the grounds and let it drip into the mug or if I have people over I have a glass beaker. Perfect cup of coffee every time. Top it off with some cream and you are good to go.

I used to be a coffee addict but I can only take a cup or two a day so I have to make it just right.
