For my opinion you can open scam report. You will lose anyway because i didn't receive funds. If you prove that i can do 50% refund but im losing anyways xd. And no my paypal is not limited. I will have too. I don't know if its a glitch or what but I sent you the funds immediately after you confirmed the paypal. Im out $44 now.
