I bought the autobump just for this and I found myself having something that has nothing to do with what I wanted ..

Answer on your first question:
the first 3 in that section are prolly bugged or something. IDRK aswell. Maybe they are pinned aswell but there was no more room for the special pinned box if ya know what am saying. As you can see the last post was a month ago or so. There is no daily bump. AKA bugged or pinned.

Answer on your second question:
You can not get a refund. Staff members are not able to do this anyway. Only the owner can add and delete credits from an user. A pinned thread is something different than a thread with autobump.

So those threads have infinite and free advertising, now I have lost the money for the autobump which apparently is useless, would like to understand now if the staff can fix this thing or not because in comparison to the other sellers it is not fair that also by bumping the threads you don't go in first position but in 4-5

Is your thread auto bumped ("new post is inserted") correctly ? This issue with "free adv" isn't free nor is it normal.
