Below is my own opinion and experiences, might not work for everyone, but it’s worth it to try.
When I’m stressed out, I put everything aside and just sit down and just try to not think of anything except for helping others. (For you it could be what makes you happy, for me it’s helping others that’s why I choose to think of that.)
And if other thoughts come into your head that cause you stress like, (what am I going to do with all this homework, I failed that test I’m so miserable, or I have no friends and I’m so lonely) push it aside and imagine your in a desert of just nothingness/ white, and just focus on that one thing.
After a while that stress leaves the body and you start to relax and get motivation.
That’s how I keep going during the tough and hard times,
I am no doctor and this isn’t any medical advice just trying to give my thoughts on this because right now I’m stressed out with my college courses and I’ve been on the website on self help threads, to get my mind off the negativity.
