Scam report against @CrazyRdp - 54€ + data Worth (200-300€)

@Darkness @KSZ here are the requested proofs. Have much more if required.

I humbly request the admins to see the proofs attached proofs, before telling me that I was notified to backup. The backup notification wasn't meant for my server(NETHERLANDS).

Telling me that I have no way to prove that there was data on the server isn't the right way to deal with the issue. I can prove that I had data over 700-800$ atleast on the server, yet I'm only asking for a refund for less than half that amount.

If you favour the rdp Provider after seeing these proofs aswell, then it's gonna set a free pass for any RDP provider to close ANY rdp anytime and steal whatever they want whenever they want without any consequences!!!

I used code while buying applicable on netherlands vps as marked on his home page : https://ibb.co/gyLT2Jx

P.S i paid alot to get the sales started, 400$ for checker, 60$ for rdp, 100$ for proxy, 70-80$ for premium thread, and 200-300$ for hq combo if not more. It might not be much for some people but for me it was 5-6 months savings worth.
And all that disappeared in one instant because of the seller's negligence or whatever he did to change my vps country at some point of time. I hope you keep this in mind before taking a decision. Thanks.

I did not change your VPS location, I have better things to do. The NL coupon code is for all plans, it's not limited to only NL plans. It's was to introduce/advertise our NL location 1.5 months ago.
But you did indeed buy a NL VPS, according to your invoice, but you got a German VPS sent anyway, also shows on your product summary. The reason why this happened is probably because the script still allowed you to order + created the VPS while the NL location was out of stock, this resulted in delivering you a German VPS. This is also why I've refunded you, as it is indeed my mistake.

What I also find very strange is the fact that the location is all of a sudden a big deal. You've had the VPS for almost a full month, everytime you enter the control panel to manage your VPS it shows a big flag of the VPS's country (Germany in this case). It also shows under your products in the client area the VPS name "VPS - Germany". Plus the IP is a German IP, I mean, you didn't bother then, why now? Oh, because of the migration and you didn't bother to read the e-mail properly.

By the way, the e-mail also includes a imgur link to see how to recognize your VPS as a German VPS.

@KSZ @Darkness I've attached all the proofs requested by you guys, I hope you can take the right decision as hard as it may seem. The arrogance of this guy when I ask for access to my data, he fucking challenges me to open a scam report as if it has no value at all . This is a fuck up by this guy which has cost me valuable data, if Netherlands vps wasn't available he shouldn't have delivered another country as per his claim/liking.

And @CrazyRDP , it's your job to see whether the person who pays for the rdp gets the product he chose, not something else because what he chose was out of stock, don't fucking tell people who pay 60$ for your rdp too see which country the IP issues belonged to. Why does the invoice I received still say NETHERLANDS, even in case Germany was actually issued to me , Fix your website/inbox/mistakes before you tell me anything -

I wish there was a poll sometimes in scam reports, I'm sure 90% of the people can see who's at fault here.

@CrazyRDP This is 100% your fault that he got a german vps, when he clearly bought a VPS in netherland and the invoice said the same thing. Hence it was not obvious for him to do back up when you sent a notification for the German located rdp.
Now you either work with the customer to decide the compensation or staff at cracked.to, will as the servers were shut down on your will and not due to some technical error on Ovh or whatever you resell which would be beyond your control.
