Hey, I recently received my perfume that I ordered from you at Dior and as a huge fan of the brand I was going to try another one of your fragrances. At arrival I noticed a strong smell from the box and that when I picked it up I could hear the glass moving. I opened it up and it was shattered at the top with the fluid having leaked out. Really disappointed of this delivery and that it wasn't properly placed in the box to protect itself from damage during transport. I wonder what options I currently have as the product is completely ruined for me and I had to throw away the package in the bin with the glass for obvious reasons. Please get back to me as I'm very disappointed at how this was delivered.
