Vitamin D is crucial for good immune system. I've been in the house for 7 months. Where am I getting my vitamin D from? Surely not by walking around in the streets at night...

The last time I tested for vitamins (around 2 years ago), I had vit D deficiency, was prescribed supplements for a month and THAT WAS IT. This was when I used to be out all the time. Going to park, going to college, family and friends.

I can't imagine what my vitamin D is now. But I did order a high dose from Amazon today..
