Permanently* banned users awards should be automatically transferred to awards marketplace for a symbolic/cheap credits value .

What if the user gets unbanned?

Can you read, he said Permanently banned, this means they aint getting unbanned. aka banned for ever.

Permanent bans can be lifted, that's why ban appeals exist.

can but most of the time not, and if someone gets unbanned you can do 2 things 

-1: reverse the sell of the awards and give them back and the buyer the credits back 
-2: do nothing as he got banned & it was his own fault
