Bro from the start I was asking to get my keys replaced nothing else but instead you said you would give me 20% off a new set of 5 keys. I was trying to make it work from the start but you didn't want too. All I'm asking for now is a refund. I don't have any keys from your service that work ATM since they all got trashed anyways so just refund me.

PM'ed you again to come to a solution. However, there are no refunds unless we can't compensate for it. This is clearly stated in our TOS.

I won't answer anything you say here, I am trying to come to a solution, you are trying to drag this out. If you want your compensation, you answer your PM.
