Also, good problem, but also there are many apps out there that will help you lower down your screen time and there are many apps that provide possibility of creating your time-schedule and it's all about developing good habits and about knowing your responsibilities.

Well, both you and I know that we can't really be independent from money in this moment, it's around you and you simply can't just come and say "Let's remove money from our daily use", and to be honest I don't expect that coming soon, at least not until 7th industrial revolution comes. 

When it comes to fresh air, there are two possible solutions:
1. Go into nature;
2. Air purifier
Pretty much already existing solutions, for everyone.
