Why would you continue to purchase from our shop repeatedly without asking for replacements beforehand? It seems suspicious that you kept ordering back to back, even when having issues with the previous accounts when we clearly said we don't mind giving replacements. I find it strange you wait until you've done multiple orders and have seen the quality from the first order, which causes you to buy the second, third, fourth, and so on.
