Step 3: Run a good virus scanner like Kaspersky (Malwarebytes is good as well)

It's 2021 and you are on a cracking forum. You should be having 2FA on every thing that offers the option. Use Google authenticator or SMS verification methods or anything available but enable it everywhere.

kk ty alr were using that on discord but there r tokens also had that on c.to but were anoying bc they asked 24/7 for it

Fair enough. Change your password for discord as that changes the Token and also c.to asks a yes/no question while setting 2FA something saying Forced 2FA, you can set that to No and C.to will stop asking you 2FA every time but will still be there.
