this idea of transferring scammer profile stuff to the victim is always get denied since the beginning of forum. i don't think it will ever gonna happen

^ this. You guys seem to have this idea that once someone gets permanently banned, they're actually permanently banned.
A scammer can eventually come back if they pay what they scammed or find an agreement with the other party.

The punishment for scamming is getting banned (and potentially doxed), so there's no reason to give awards/credits/stuff away.
On a side note, one could pretend to get scammed to move awards/credits/stuff from one profile to the other (i.e., their friends).
