Nebelwerfer is a tool used to spam users with groups.
It "bypasses" Discord's ratelimit by using multiple accounts (you only have to be friends with your target on 1 account, though).
Due to the ratelimits it can create 1 group per minute per bot, or 60 per hour. This means that if u have 100 bots, you can create 6000 groups per hour.
