I have proofs of transactions on how much was lost / won. Also his words were literally he would compensate me.

@Obscurus He cannot give you compensation because we do not manage how much was lost/won. He can only refund for the method you have bought. Which seems like @Lucas has already did. Therefore, this solved/closed.
