Are you guys changing email addresses of the account? The owners will get a notifications and change it back..
 

to be honest ive tried this since last month and it doesnt work. did 10 accounts

How long did u wait so far?

4 weeks so far, everytime i call they tell me that the watch was never deactivated so it never was processed. then they say they will escalate it to a higher team and they never will. they told me to call back on the 10th of may. Bs though. I think it has to do with something about changing the emails, flags the account and the watch never gets deactivated.
