My service is only providing the documents that you need to verify yours account. 

If the provided documents are portraying factors that inhibit the buyer from being able to utilize them for their verification; you are not fulfilling your service. A document portraying an individual holding a piece of white paper displaying a date in 2021 in their handwriting is obviously not going to be accepted for any kind of verification.

For the sake of being reasonable seeing as the OP has indicated that the documents are able to be modified to potentially work for their target's verification; a full refund will not be provided.  However, a partial refund will be within reason.
 

Verdict
Refund the OP 50% of the total.
