You said you wont refund in btc and that I should send an USDT wallet. I sent you an USDT Wallet so I expect to be refunded in USD. I asked for the original btc amount back. If you do not refund in btc than refund in USD, but you cant just refund me the dropped btc value in usd....

I can, if I've made 5$ off you and the value dropped to 4$ im not going to pay you 5$ because in todays time I've made 4$ after the drop.

@irock He refunded you the BTC amount he had but he just converted it in USDT which means you still got that same amount. Therefore, i will consider this as solved.
