18. General resourcefulness - I am compliant with doing anything I'm asked to do and, in many cases, have to learn how to do it via the internet and consultations with professionals in the field.
19. Managing my mental health issues (bi polarism, ptsd, autism) and communicating with the clinic supervisor and owner to address them as they come up.
For 12.25 an hour, 225$ a week after taxes, 450$ every 2 weeks and 900$ a month totaling 12 months equals 10,800$ a year.
And my list of responsibilities and projects I must grow to complete continues to expand with no foreseeable end - much to my delight.
But I often wonder which one of my responsibilities will be the tipping point of my consideration for higher pay - I am a goal-oriented person after all and I take great pride in my responsibilities and the compensation I receive from them...it represents my standing in society and I want to be among the best. It seems like I must make the clinic more money and it's not a matter of fulfilling responsibilities so much as it is bringing the clinic more money. I'm not sure how to achieve that desired outcome, specifically being that moment, my superiors flip the switch in their mind where they are confident in the decision to compensate me with higher wages for my contribution.
