You've once again missed the point here. Your problem is that you're speaking from a perspective where moral laws don't seem to exist or where moral is relative.
Morals come from each individual's cultural, philosophical or religious background, so to say that society is in a moral decline you are implying that your morals are the same as everyone else's.

Now because this isn't true, for the reason mentioned before, your statement is incorrect, otherwise I would have agreed with you as we would have the same morals.

(marriage under God, not the government)
What if one doesn't believe in God?

That's incorrect. Universal moral laws exist. Action and reaction - a balance must always exist. It's a universal law, you can't go around it. Every single thought and action you make will have a reaction. What goes around comes around. It might not be immediate, but it will WITHOUT FAIL get back to you in one way or another. Test the cosmic pendulum yourself if you don't think moral laws exist: steal, kill, lie, fornicate, become careless, selfish, arrogant, cruel, reckless, resentful, etc. - negative actions and thoughts.

You not believing in a Creator doesn't change the factual reality that he exists.

I'm not saying morals don't exist, I'm saying whether society is in a moral decline or not is dictated by your own personal experience.

You can't tell me if morals today are declining more than they were a week ago, because it's your perspective.

How can you prove it? And how do you know it's a male?

That literally doesn't make any sense. Societal moral decline can objectively be judged by societal "curses" and "blessings" - let's just take one simple example - they managed to pull off a global pandemic and we fell for it. How can anyone say that having your freedom taken away is a good thing that happens to a society that is in moral uprising lol. As the people are, so is the government. And we are basically controlled by a global government. And I never mentioned "a week ago". The one thing that separates evil today from the evil of the past is global networking. While decadence was local in the past, due to the power of global networking, it became - global. You couldn't globally advertise the lgbtq agenda 500 years ago. Or the climate change scam. And so on.

Ontology, causality, design, experience, pragmatism. Then come the Biblical events that can be scientifically proven to have happened - great flood (catastrophism - fossils, turbidite layers), destruction of sodom and gomorrah (sulphur balls), the parting of the red sea (human, horse bones, wheels, chariot bodies, etc. on the bottom of the red sea), etc. Next come the prophecies that have happened already. Next comes genealogy proving we all came from one man (the biblical adam) (y chromosome) and can identify the branching point after the great flood (our genetics prove catastrophism - genetic drift - bottleneck - rapid accumulation of mutations - homogeneity of all species) where it shows that we descended from three women around 4500 years ago which perfectly aligns with the bliblical story - shem, ham, japhet (sons of noah - noah descended from adam - same y chromsome) and their three wives. The answer to the question about why God is referred to in masculine terms in the Bible really has only one answer: This is the way God has chosen to reveal Himself to us. God is never described with sexual characteristics in the Scriptures, but He does consistently describe Himself in the masculine gender.
