You can enjoy it for free and do not avoid the ban. 
The principle of operation can be understood in the lobby, you can try a variety of settings.
For using combos, you must bind some kind of key for it, for example "bind F --Combo" (without "" in console).
To install this you must go to dota 2 folder (for example D:\steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta), next go to folder "game" and copy with replacement all folders from ZIP-archive to folder "game".
