all you have to do is block them and wait for them to completely turn off snapchat and they log back on and the chat logs are gone

no they won't stay that way everything will be gone aslong as they refresh their snapchat or phone

block them and just wait until they refresh snapchat ovbs you won't be able to tell until you next see the person or anything but they will 100% not have it
