Hey, if you still need to do it.
If you create a new account with turkish vpn (use good vpn like nord) on, then in payment use your local card along with address from a Turkish address generator, it works. I just tried it. only downside, you have to make a new acc with vpn on. But, there is an option to allow the other steam user on pc to add game to library and play it temporarily. You can do that and play your games in main acc |
