You have lied about the speed and then have not provided the service, of course, I am going to be asking for a refund. You deleted the conversation and now saying I do not have any proof, do you have proof yourself? The scans were not done and my trackings have stayed the same hence failing me to get the money back for the order. 

Yes, you are scamming people because after you blocked me and deleted our conversations, I asked other people and a couple of them said that you have scammed them and you are stealing vouchers from other groups. I actually can't hold my laugh, the way you lie is ridiculous, I have never said that the scans is not what I asked, I literally even asked for ETA for the scans I needed. Also, I asked for the refund only 3 times with 6-7 messages max, too bad you deleted the conversation and blocked me without giving any reasoning.
