But this actually worked and proven already (last test date- 20-5-19)

Some scumbag are selling the method for $30-$40.

edit: just tried this, either this needs clearer instructions or this does NOT work.  when you click change delivery address it does not give you a error, just lets you change it,  although the whole time i tried cancelling it kept giving the me error, but it did not say "can't cancel delivery in progress" like op mentioned. honestly think op is just full of shit.
