Additional Information: Gave him Vouch Copy cause he seemed somewhat trusted. Helped him set up his proxies with my tool - Now he's trying to sell, clearly my tool to others.  

Can you prove that he made a sale of the tool? If not then there's nothing to be done currently.

As far as I can see this is an "attempt" without having any valid evidence to prove that he actually did.
